Martin W. Nealon is a healthcare operations executive, U.S. Air Force veteran, and Founder & CEO of Medical Consulting Solutions (MCS), with over 25 years of experience across healthcare and financial services. As the driving force behind MCS’s strategic growth and operational innovation, Martin is recognized for delivering measurable outcomes through disciplined, data-driven execution.

He brings a rare combination of financial acumen, technical depth, and operational leadership to solving complex challenges in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), cost containment, business process reengineering, and value-based care enablement. Martin has led the design and deployment of enterprise-scale solutions across Health IT, EPM, and EHR platforms, helping organizations modernize operations, strengthen performance, and scale sustainably.

Martin’s experience spans the full healthcare ecosystem, including work across payer, provider, and healthcare software implementation environments. His engagements include independent practices and groups; FQHCs, CHCs, and rural health clinics; ACOs and IPAs; hospitals and integrated delivery networks; payers and TPAs; tribal health systems; and behavioral health organizations. Most recently, he has built a scalable BPO and care-management platform supporting organizations transitioning to value-based care models.

A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics with a minor in Spanish; capabilities he continues to leverage when leading cross-functional, multilingual teams and global partnerships.
