Martin W. Nealon founded MCS with a simple conviction: healthcare organizations deserve an operating partner that actually knows how the work gets done. After 25+ years leading healthcare operations across payer, provider, and health IT environments, and after a career of service as a U.S. Air Force veteran, Martin built MCS to be the infrastructure he wished existed when he was on the client side.
Today, MCS serves independent practices, FQHCs, rural health clinics, ACOs, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks, operating the revenue cycle, care management, and AI-driven engagement programs that drive performance and protect margin in an increasingly complex reimbursement environment.
